Introduction for investors

I have developed a platform technology to manufacture a small range of molecules that are designed to destroy pathogens. Our patent has now been granted by EUIPO and the UK and other countries will follow soon. The technology copies one part of the human/animal immune system, the part that prevents pathogen  ingress into our mouths and our eyes. That is why it is able to destroy all types of pathogens including the resistant strains.  The manufacturing process and different delivery systems that can take the molecules to where the Pathogens are Causing problems are currently having patents reviewed.

There are almost one hundred papers peer reviewed and published on the molecules all verifying the efficacy and safety.  The molecules, whilst deadly to pathogens are harmless to humans, animals and plant cells. The likelihood of resistance developing is less than slight due to the chemistry of the molecules and because handling will be controlled, having learned from the mistakes with earlier antibiotics etc and surveillance will operate from the beginning following a code of conduct.

I have registered a second patent covering methods of use and delivery of the molecules to the various places Pathogens cause problems.

Our human health  ambitions include Sepsis, the Microbiome, Mental Health, and  URTI IThis being the biggest need for medications in the USA, costing the US economy close to US$ 80billion annually and which my molecules could cut this cost in half or more if used sensibly. The many non-medical applications take us  into agriculture, horticulture, food, decontamination of foods, both grown  and imported, plus Fresh food offering all of these segments longer shelf life without ultra processing or additives.

The technology is recommended by WHO for farmers needing to transport tankers of milk over long journeys in hot countries , allowing the milk to arrive FRESH TASTING and SMELLING ready to be processed  into cheese, yoghurt etc and also milk for drinking. The technology has GRAS status in USA and is allowed on fresh meat in Australia and NZ.

Knowing the competence of our initial molecules I am confident that when DISEASE X hits the planet, as promised and warned by WHO, my molecules will handle the problems and symptoms, just as we and others showed how we could deal with Covid, before we had FIH trials.

The plan is for QURES to operate the technology within the medical arena and to licence  out the technology to competent and experienced companies with expertise useful for our technology with the scope of the licence covering other industries.

We will consider investors, licensees, geographically and across industries.

We will establish The QURES ACADEMY.  To control and Monitor the technology and the licensees.  The technology is new and training and knowledge must be shared to ensure we and our licensees gain and learn as much as possible from this novel andadvanced technology.
